Media accreditation
Accredited media representatives are free:
To attend the events listed above
To obtain details regarding the timetable of the event
To take pictures or videos at the venue of the event
To take advantage of all the services offered to journalists
To attend press conferences, briefings and other media events during the event if necessary
Accredited media representatives are required:
To wear badges at all times while working at the event, to show identification or professional credentials upon request of the event organisers.
Not to interfere with events that have not been particularly planned for the press while working.
To comply with the rules of the event.
To inform residents and officials about the audio and video recording, filming, and photography when receiving information from them.
Not to distribute printed materials on the territory of the event without the agreement of the event organiser.
To include a reference to the event name and the information source in the published content when using official information or quotes from the participants of the event.
If a media representative intends to write an article using the interview with the event participant, he/she should send the article for approval to the press centre of the participant’s company before publication (press centre contacts are provided after accreditation).
Accreditation does not imply access to invitation-only events.

based on lists, and you need to submit a form to request accreditation.
Media registration closes 3 days prior to the event.
