Do check your profile information: company name, your full name, job title, phone, email, photo
To log in to your profile: – go to https://businessplatform.online/
– enter the email address or mobile phone you used for registration (if you used email address – confirmation code will be sent to your mailbox, if you used your mobile phone – you will receive a text with the confirmation code).
– enter the code in the corresponding field
– select “Profile” at the bottom on the left
If you detect incorrect profile data, send a request with the changes to [email protected]
To watch and listen to speakers’ presentations:
-enter “Program” in the upper left corner
-follow the link for every session
Ask questions using “Q&A” at the bottom
Ask questions using the chat below the broadcast
Study and download data presented on the stands
Network and pose questions to the participants of the exhibition using private message service in Sponsors section by choosing the required company and its representative, at the upper right corner of a delegate card click Send a message.
Pose questions to the participants of the exhibition in Sponsors section through the online business card of a stand
Appoint meetings with participants in “Sponsors” section
Appoint meetings with all the participants in “Delegates” section. Select the participant and click “Schedule meeting”
Chat with all the event attendees in the online chat while session broadcasting, as well as via direct messaging located at the upper right corner of a participant’s personal card
Follow the upcoming meetings with the attendees in Meetings section

Do check you messengers and email during the event
Do check your company information in “Sponsors” section on the platform
Invite fellow delegates to visit your stand by appointing meetings in “Attendees”
Don’t forget to check notifications about invitations to meetings at the upper right corner of the profile and in Meeting section
NOTE! Do follow your meeting schedule in the “Meetings” section
Do check your technical opportunities for online negotiations, be sure that:
-you use the same device and network as you used for the test call
-you closed all other programmes which require microphone and camera
-your connection is fast and stable (refer to GENERAL TIPS)
-your Interpreter (if you need him) has access to your meeting room
-you are in touch with your Manager from Vostock Capital
-that you have given the permission to use your camera/microphone. The system automatically sends a request when joining the online meeting.
GENERAL TIPS:
Please don’t forget that there will be a simultaneous interpreting during the sessions. To join the broadcasting with translation, click on YouTube button, then translation and select language.
We recommend using Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or Edge Chromium browsers
To ensure effective work on the platform, we recommend using devices with a big display: laptops, PCs, tablets.
If you plan to use your corporate network, please check in advance that the requirements of IT security of this network allow making video-calls and using such services as Zoom and YouTube. We recommend joining the platform using your personal computer and network.
If you have technical problems (with video or sound):
Test your connection speed here: https://www.speedtest.net/
Check three parameters:
PING (should be 5-150 ms)
DOWNLOAD (should be 10 Mbps or more)
UPLOAD (should be more than 5 Mbps or more)
If internet speed parameters do not correspond to the parameters mentioned above, you can use your mobile phone as a hotspot and log in from your PC
